15, 17 And 19 Kinghorn Road, Burntisland

15, 17 and 19 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is a mid-19th century small tenement building, constructed before 1854. It is two stories tall with an attic and features a three-bay rectangular plan within an irregular terrace. The exterior is made of coursed rubble with droved ashlar dressings, including a base and eaves course.

On the south elevation, the entrance is centrally located, flanked by windows, with a pend door to the outer right. The first floor has regular windows, and there is a modern rooflight at the center, along with piended, canted dormer windows over the flanking bays. A round stair tower projects to the rear, featuring a flush-panelled door at ground level.

The first-floor windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing, while the ground floor and dormer windows have been replaced with modern uPVC. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are broad gablehead stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

The property is enclosed by low saddleback-coped rubble boundary walls, which have modern cast-iron railings, as well as higher coped rubble boundary walls.
