Description

Mid 19th century (pre 1854). 2-storey with attic, 3-bay rectangular plan small tenement in irregular terrace. Coursed rubble with droved ashlar dressings, base and eaves course.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: door at centre with windows in flanking bays and pend door abutting to outer right; regular windows at 1st floor and modern rooflight above at centre with piended, canted dormer windows over flanking bays.

Round stair tower projecting to rear with flush-panelled door at ground.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows to 1st floor, modern uPVC windows at ground and dormers. Grey slates. Broad gablehead stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALL: low saddleback-coped rubble boundary walls with modern cast-iron railings, and high coped rubble boundary walls.
