264 High Street, Leslie

264 High Street in Leslie is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house with a single-storey extension at the rear. The building features a cement-rendered base course and dressings with dry-dash on the front, cement-render on the west elevation, dry-dash on the east, and coursed whinstone rubble on the south, with a random rubble extension.

The north elevation facing High Street has the bays grouped towards the centre, with a door at the centre that includes a decorative letterbox fanlight. There are windows in the flanking bays and one in each bay on the first floor. The east gable has a single window at the top right, while the extension features a sliding wooden garage door at the centre and a small window to the right, with a neighbouring property situated close by. A single-storey building abuts the west gable, which is rendered and lined above.

The windows are fitted with plate-glass glazing in sash and case style. The building has ashlar coped skews with simple scrolled skewputts, and gablehead ashlar stacks with thackstanes. There is a 19th-century rooflight, grey slates on the north side, and pantiles on the south. The extension has old pantiles and a truncated stack.

Additionally, there is a coped whinstone rubble boundary wall to the east.
