Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic 2-bay house formerly with pair of shops at ground. Dressed rubble sandstone with ashlar dressings; ashlar at ground. Pair of 2-bay shops; at centre, doors with letterbox fanlights, flanked by windows. Windows to upper bays. Piend-roofed canted timber dormer to right. Blank harled gable to W with closet window at 1st floor; rear angle chamfered at ground.

Irregular 3-bay rear elevation with tall stair window to left, panelled door at centre, and windows to both floors to right.

Timber sash and case 12-pane windows; 4-pane to dormer. Grey slates; ashlar coped skews; brick apex stacks.
