Description
45 Sandend is an early to mid-19th century single-storey cottage with a narrow three-bay design. The exterior is harled, featuring contrasting painted reveals. The entrance is located in the outer left bay and has a plank door. Both front windows have four-pane glazing. There is a single end stack, and the cottage has a slate roof with a loft roof light.
