Description

40 Seatown, Cullen is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. The cottage features a colour washed rubble frontage with contrasting painted ashlar margins. It has a central entrance with a panelled door. The outer bays have later 19th-century canted dormers, which include 2- and 4-pane glazing. The building has end stacks and a slate roof.
