Description

95 Seatown in Cullen is a cottage likely built around 1868, with later additions including dormers. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted margins. There is a central entrance that includes a panelled door. The outer bays have later 19th century canted dormers with 4-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks, a slate roof, and canted cast-iron rainwater goods.
