Description

114 Seatown in Cullen is a cottage dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. It is a single-storey building with three bays, plus an additional bay on the west side. The front is finished with dry dash, while the flanks are rendered, likely over clay and boulder walling, and feature contrasting painted margins. The centre entrance has a double-leaf plank door with two-pane glazing. The cottage has clay and boulder stacks at the ends and an asbestos tile roof, which has replaced the original thatch, and includes two loft roof lights.
