Description

111 Seatown in Cullen is a later 19th century house that features a single storey and attic design with three bays. It has an earlier single storey, two-bay extension at the west gable, which was formerly known as 108 Seatown. The main house has a bullfaced rubble frontage and rubble flanks, with contrasting painted concrete dressings that showcase long and short detailing. The extension is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted margins.

The entrance to the house is centrally located, and there are gabled dormers that break the wallhead in the outer bays. The windows feature 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has end stacks and a slate roof, while the extension has a roof covered with concrete tiles.
