Description

39 Seatown in Cullen consists of a pair of single-storey cottages built in the early to mid-19th century. Each cottage features three bays and has later 19th-century dormers. The cottages are constructed of painted rubble with contrasting joints and pointing, along with painted margins. Each cottage has a central entrance with a panelled door and later canted wallhead dormers located in the outer bays. There are end stacks and slate roofs.

Cottage No. 38 has 12-pane glazing on the ground floor and 2- and 4-pane glazing in the dormers. Cottage No. 39 features 2- and 4-pane glazing.
