91 Seatown in Cullen is an early 19th-century single-storey cottage with three bays. The exterior is made of painted rubble with contrasting margins. It features a central entrance with a panelled door and two-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof, which includes loft roof lights.
