Description
23 Sandend is a mid-19th century single-storey and attic cottage featuring three bays, with an additional two-bay section built against a slope. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted margins. It has a central entrance and two late 19th-century canted dormers. The two-bay addition includes a door and a window, as well as a loft entrance from the upper level of the slope. All windows have modern two-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end and ridge stacks, and is topped with slate roofs.
