Description
The Haven, located at 18 Sandend, is primarily a house from the mid to late 19th century, though it likely has an earlier single-storey core. This irregular four-bay house features a single storey with a dormerless attic. The exterior is constructed of heavily pointed rubble with contrasting painted margins. The entrance is off-centre, and the windows display irregular fenestration with varied glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof that includes loft roof lights.
Adjacent to the house is a two-storey gabled fishing store, which is weatherboarded and positioned at right angles to the house.
