Description
13 Sandend is a single storey and attic cottage dated 1834. The building features a much altered 4-bay frontage, which was originally a 3-bay design with a central entrance. It is constructed of rendered rubble with contrasting painted margins. The original entrance has been blocked, and the current doorway is located in a 2-bay extension that is continuous with the west gable. There are two later wallhead gabled dormers, which contain 2- and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof.
