Description
12 Sandend is a single-storey, three-bay cottage, partially rendered in whitewash and built around 1800 using rubble. It features a central entrance with a panelled door and modern two-pane glazing in its small windows. The cottage has a single end stack that is coped, and it is topped with a corrugated iron sheet metal roof.
