Description

17 Sandend is a single-storey cottage built around 1800. It is constructed of low rubble and appears to have been built in two phases, featuring three bays on one side and two on the other. The cottage is currently used as two stores. The front has one entrance flanked by small windows, with an additional window at the rear. The roof is made of corrugated asbestos and has slightly varying ridge heights, which indicate the different building phases.
