Description

This is an early to mid-19th century cottage, originally consisting of three bays and a single storey with an attic. The exterior is harled, with contrasting painted margins highlighting the window and door surrounds. It features a central entrance and windows with four panes of glazing. The roof is slate-covered, with modern roof lights, and has coped end stacks. The statutory address is 14 and a Half Sandend.
