Description
115, 117, 119, 121 Maxwellton Avenue is a late 18th century cottage that features five bays and is single storey with an attic. The building is constructed from squared and snecked rubble, with raised cills.
On the northwest elevation, the cottage has five bays with the entrance door located in the second bay from the right. There are single windows in the outer bays, and attic dormer windows in the first, third, and fifth bays from the left. The windows have modern astragal glazing. The roof is slate, and there are coped stacks at the gableheads.
