Description
This later 18th century cottage at 103, 105, and 107 Maxwellton Avenue in East Kilbride features three bays and is a single storey with an attic. The building is constructed of squared rubble and has raised cills.
On the northwest elevation, there is a recessed central door with two steps leading up to it, flanked by windows. Above, there are box dormers with piended roofs in the attic. The windows have modern two-pane glazing. The roof is covered with slate, has straight skews, and a coped stack is located at the left gablehead.
