Description

146 Maxwellton Avenue is an early 19th century, two-bay, one-and-a-half storey cottage constructed from painted rubble.

On the southwest elevation, there is an entrance door located in the right bay, while the left bay features a large single window. Above, there is another single window. The cottage has modern two-pane glazing and is topped with a slate roof that has straight skews. There are short, coped stacks, with pots on the right stack.
