Description
Lynbank is an early 19th century single-storey cottage with three bays, built of painted rubble.
On the east elevation, there is a panelled door located in the central bay, with windows in the outer bays. The north-east elevation features a small window to the left in the gable head. The south elevation is blank, while the west elevation has a gabled addition to the right of the centre.
The cottage has 4-pane glazing in sash and case windows, red sandstone coped skew to the north-east, and painted rubble gable head stacks. The roof is covered with graded grey slates.
