Mill Cottage, Millcroft Road, Minnigaff

Mill Cottage is an early 19th century single-storey, three-bay cottage located on Millcroft Road in Minnigaff. The east elevation is rendered, while the other elevations are made of painted rubble, featuring raised margins and angle margins on the east side.

On the east elevation, there is a modern door with a fanlight at the center, flanked by windows in the outer bays. The northeast elevation has a window at the center, while the southeast elevation features a window to the left of center. The west elevation includes a window to the left and a smaller window at the center. There is also a rubble and brick lean-to on the right side of the west elevation, which has a door on the left return.

The cottage has 12-pane glazing in its sash and case windows, along with two modern flat-roofed dormers on the east pitch and a modern dormer on the left side of the west pitch. The roof features red sandstone coped skews, painted rubble gablehead stacks, graded grey slates, and octagonal cans.
