Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage, rectangular-plan with parallel rectangular-plan range at rear. Painted rubble, pink sandstone margins and dressings. Decorative bargeboards.

S (MAIN) ELEVATION: door at centre, 2-leaf boarded, gable breaking eaves over; flanking windows; modern wooden window boxes.

GABLE ELEVATION: gable to outer left, window at ground outer left; wooden porch in re-entrant angle to right, gable recessed to outer right, window at centre.

GABLE ELEVATION: gable to outer right, window at centre, block advanced to outer left, window at right, lean-to block against gable.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings. Narrow octagonal sandstone corniced ridge stacks, octagonal cans.
