4 Reid Terrace, Millcroft Road, Creebridge, Newton Stewart

4 Reid Terrace is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that forms part of a terrace. The building is constructed of painted rubble and features a painted raised margin around the door.

On the south elevation, the door is centrally located and has a letterbox fanlight above it. The windows are regularly spaced, with smaller windows on the first floor.

The east elevation shows painted rubble above the adjoining buildings, Nos 1 and 2 Reid Terrace, which are listed separately.

The west elevation is attached to No 5 Reid Terrace, also listed separately.

On the north elevation, there is a later two-storey block that has a shallow pitched roof. This block includes two doors and two windows on the ground floor, with an additional window on the first floor. The windows are sash and case style, featuring four-pane glazing on the ground floor and plate glass glazing on the first floor. The building has red sandstone coped skews on the south side, painted rubble gablehead stacks, and is covered with purple slates.
