3 Creebridge, Creebridge, Newton Stewart

3 Creebridge is a two-storey, three-bay house located in a terrace, dating from before 1805. The building is constructed of painted rubble with painted margins raised to the windows.

On the west elevation facing Creebridge, there is a modern door at the center and a regular arrangement of windows. The south elevation is adjoined to No 1 Creebridge, while the north elevation is adjoined to No 5 Creebridge.

The ground floor front features 12-pane replacement sash and case windows, while the remaining windows have plate glass glazing in sash and case style. The building has painted gablehead stacks, with rubble shared with the northern neighbor and brick to the south. The roof is covered with graded slates, some of which have been replaced.
