Description
Craigdhu is a two-storey, two-bay house located at 5 Creebridge in Newton Stewart, dating from before 1805. It is part of a terrace and is constructed of painted rubble, featuring painted margins and a base course.
On the west elevation facing Creebridge, there is a modern door in the right bay, with a small window to the right that has been reduced from a former doorway. The fenestration is regular.
The south elevation is adjoined to No 3 Creebridge, while the north elevation is adjoined to No 7 Creebridge. This elevation features top-hopper glazing and a painted rubble mutual stack to the south, along with modern profiled tiles.
