Description

Later 18th century; remodelled. 2-storey, 3-bay (1-2) house, at end of terrace, now subdivided into 2. Squared and coursed granite, with whinstone pinning, to E elevation; remaining elevations painted rubble. Concrete lintels, cills and mullions to outer bays. Red sandstone eaves cornice.

E (CREEBRIDGE) ELEVATION: modern door in centre bay; window at 1st floor; moulded sandstone plaque inserted between, embossed "IAMB 1769". Bipartite windows in outer bays.

N ELEVATION: window at ground floor to right; blocked window at 1st floor.

S ELEVATION: adjoined to lower building, No 10 Creebridge (see separate listing).

W ELEVATION: modern 2-storey gabled addition at centre.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows at ground floor; modern timber top-hopper windows at 1st floor. Red sandstone coped skews, carried across gablehead to N; scroll skewputts. Broad gablehead stacks, cherry-caulked granite to N, brick to S. Small grey slates.
