Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Rubble, squared to W elevation. Granite dressings; long and short quoins and margins. Eaves course, continuous with 1st floor lintels.

W (CREEBRIDGE) ELEVATION: modern door, with fanlight, in bay to left. Regularly disposed fenestration; smaller windows at 1st floor. Wallhead oversteps pebbledash elevation of Dunbar House (see separate listing).

N ELEVATION: painted rubble above lower building, Dunbar House.

S ELEVATION: blank.

E ELEVATION: 2-bay.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Coped skews. Gablehead stacks. Purple slates to steeply pitched roof. 2 rooflights to W pitch. Octagonal cans.

Low wall with spearhead railings to garden across road to W.
