Description
This building is a single-storey, three-bay cottage from the earlier 19th century, located at 160 St Vincent Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. The front of the cottage features stugged coursed rubble, while the gable is made of random rubble. It has concrete dressings and a slate roof adorned with terracotta ridge tiles.
On the west elevation, there is a door in the centre, flanked by plate-glass sash and case windows on both sides. The left return gable includes a small window in the roof space and an end stack. The roof has a stepped ridge to the right and includes two rooflights.
