Description
158 St Vincent Street is a cottage from the earlier 19th century, featuring a single storey and three bays. The exterior is made of re-dressed coursed rubble with painted concrete dressings, topped by a slate roof adorned with terracotta ridge tiles. There are two concrete-coped ashlar ridge stacks.
On the west elevation, there is a central door with a fanlight, flanked by windows on either side that have modern glazing that is not in keeping with the character of the building.
