Description
This is a late 18th century cottage located at 383 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry. It is single-storey and originally had three bays. The exterior is dry-dashed and the roof is slate-covered.
The south-facing elevation is set back behind a low wall. It features a central door flanked by sash and case windows; the window on the left has two panes and the window on the right has a multi-pane upper sash. A small rooflight is positioned centrally, and gable stacks are topped with thackstane.
The east-facing elevation presents a gable on the left with an off-centre window. An extension on the right contains two windows and a door, and is topped by a coped ridge stack.
