29 Bladnoch Village, Bladnoch

This is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house located at the end of an irregular terrace, with alterations made in the late 19th century. The building is rendered, with harled and lined return elevations. It features a raised base course, roll-moulded margins, and a lintel string course at the ground level. The ground floor has a four-bay layout, with a door on the outer left that includes a fanlight, flanked by a window. To the right of the centre, there are timber mullioned bipartite windows. The first floor has two widely spaced windows on the left return, which is interrupted at ground level by a single-storey, recessed neighbour, No 30. The windows have a four-pane glazing pattern in sash and case style, while the bipartites have plate glass. The roof is covered with grey slates and includes two rooflights. The building has ashlar coped skews with scrolled skewputts and harled end stacks.
