Description
This is an earlier 19th century, two-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays and a central door. The building is constructed from coursed rubble with tooled ashlar dressings and has harled flanks. There is an eaves and lintel band that connects the first-floor windows, along with two piended dormers. The windows are two-pane sashes, and there is a stair window at the rear. The house has corniced and panelled end stacks, a slate roof, and a stone ridge. A modern outshot has been added to the rear.
The property is complemented by square tooled ashlar gate piers and a low coped retaining wall, which is topped with simple spearhead cast-iron railings.
