This mid-19th century house at 375-377 King Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is a two-storey building with an attic and three bays. It features a combination of ashlar and rubble masonry, with long and short dressings and a slate roof. The design includes margined angles, windows, and a doorpiece, primarily showcasing 12-pane sash and case windows. The house has skew gables with skewputts and two ridge stacks.

On the south elevation, there is a central door with a narrow transom light, flanked by windows, and three similar windows on the first floor. The roof features a small central rooflight and two canted dormers. The north elevation has an enclosed external staircase leading to the first floor, a window on the right, and a small central tripartite dormer with a swept roof.

The east gable is plain, with a window on the first floor to the left and a smaller window at attic level also to the left, along with a coped stack. The west gable has a small window at attic level on the right and a harled coped stack. Surrounding the property are high enclosing rubble walls on the north, east, and west sides, with a low wall and modern railings on the south.
