Description
This is an early 19th-century, two-storey house with a dormerless attic located at 2 and 4 Shore Street in Portsoy. The building features heavily pointed rubble walls with painted tooled ashlar margins and a base course. The front elevation has a slightly off-centre main door, which is a double-leaf plank door with a letterbox fanlight above it, and there is a small blocked window to the right. The windows are regularly spaced, and there is a small attic light in the south return gable. The modern windows have four-pane glazing.
