Ballindalloch, Links Road, Leven

Ballindalloch is an earlier 19th-century single storey and attic house located on Links Road in Leven. The building features a three-bay design with a stone wallhead gabled dormer and rounded slate-hung dormer windows. It is constructed from dark whinstone rubble, accented with contrasting ashlar dressings.

The principal elevation is symmetrical, showcasing a panelled timber door with a small-pane fanlight at the center, flanked by windows in the adjacent bays. The central stone gabled dormer is prominent, adorned with a decorative stone finial and rounded dormer windows on either side. The windows are timber sash and case, featuring a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with thackstanes and cans, along with ashlar-coped skews.

Inside, the house has plain cornices, a steep winding stair with decorative cast-iron balusters, a timber handrail, and a dado rail. Additionally, there is coloured patterned glass in the interior door.
