Deeside, Links Road, Leven

Deeside is an earlier 19th century cottage that is single storey with an attic and features three bays. It completes a short terrace to the west and has a gabled wallhead dormer along with rounded slate-hung dormer windows. The exterior is made of whitewashed rubble with raised quoins.

On the southeast, or principal elevation, there is a deep-set panelled timber door with a plate glass fanlight at the center, flanked by windows in the adjacent bays. Above the center bay is a prominent stone gabled dormer with a window, a blind shield in the tympanum, and an obelisk finial, along with rounded slate-hung dormer windows on either side.

The cottage has 4- and 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. It is roofed with grey slates and features coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar-coped skews.
