Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage in irregular terrace to E. Snecked rubble with raised ashlar margins and droved quoins.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Steps with flanking wrought-iron railings lead to deep-set 9-panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight at centre, windows in flanking bays with later slate-hung canted dormer windows over and small rooflight at centre.

W ELEVATION: gabled elevation with blinded window to centre and further window to outer right, lower pitch-roofed bay projecting to left and smaller window in gablehead.

4- and original 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans; ashlar-coped skews.
