Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, single bay, small traditional shop with dwelling above. Stugged squared and snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. Band and eaves courses. Corniced and pilastered 1st floor window.

NE ELEVATION: in-canted part-glazed door to centre with flanking fixed display windows on black Vitrolite aprons and deep fanlights with leaded multi-pane glazing; plain lettering 'J L GIILL' to fascia giving way to dividing band course and bipartite window at 1st floor.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates.

INTERIOR: fine traditional interior with timber shelving.
