Durrand is an earlier 19th century, two-storey house with an attic and three bays. It features tooled ashlar stonework with rubble flanks. The central door is set in a segmental-headed recess, and there are two canted dormers with lying-pane glazing. The house has corniced end stacks and a slate roof with a stone ridge. There is a wing at the rear and a coped rubble garden wall surrounding the property.
