Description
St Michael's, located on Station Road in Dornoch, is a house dated around 1802. It is a two-storey building with an attic and features three bays, a central door, and single-storey, two-bay wings at each gable. The construction includes rubble with ashlar dressings. The main house has two small piended dormers, while the east wing has three small windows, all with four-pane glazing. The west wing features two large piended dormers that rise from the wallhead and two three-light windows at ground level, all with multi-pane glazing. The house has end stacks and slate roofs. Inside, the east wing contains a large, segmental-headed fireplace that abuts the west gable.
