Description
St Ninians is an early 19th century, two-storey house with an attic, featuring three wide bays. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with rendered and ashlar dressings. It has a central pilaster and a corniced door that includes a fanlight and the original panelled door. There are two modern flat-roofed dormers and two-pane glazing, along with an eaves band, cornice, and a blocking course. The house has corniced end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a later first-floor door on the north gable, which is accessed by a forestair.
