Description

Spey Villa is an earlier 19th century single storey and attic house with three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. It features a central entrance and three first-floor windows that break the wallhead in gabletted dormers, which have 12-pane glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof. The property is complemented by a low front garden wall made of clay and bool.
