Description
Burnside, located on Burnside Road in Kingston, is a building dated 1831. It is two storeys tall and has three bays. The exterior is dry-dashed with tooled ashlar margins. The central door is flanked by large later timber porches that have corrugated iron roofs. The ground floor windows are taller than those on the first floor and feature the original 12-pane glazing pattern. The building has coped end stacks and is topped with an Enzie slate roof.
At the east gable, there is a single-storey extension made of rubble, which has two bays and is roofed with composite tiles. Additionally, there is a garden wall constructed from rubble.
