Description
Sunnybank is a mid-19th century cottage featuring a single storey and attic design with six bays arranged in a 3 x 3 configuration. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled ashlar margins. The entrance is centrally located in the west block, and there are three canted dormers along with four- and twelve-pane glazing. The cottage has ridge and end stacks, and the roofs are of a later date. The rear elevation faces Lein Street and includes a blocked segmental-arched opening. The south side of the garden is enclosed by mid-19th century cast-iron spearhead railings.
