Dunfermline House, Kingston Road, Kingston

Dunfermline House, located on Kingston Road in Kingston, dates from the early to mid-18th century. This two-storey building features a dormerless attic and has an east front with nine bays, where the southern three bays have irregularly placed openings, while the other openings are grouped in threes, each with a central door. The exterior is harled with chamfered margins and has chamfered angles at the ground floor on the north gable. At the rear, there are two small single-storey extensions made of clay and bool construction, likely from the early 19th century. The glazing is varied, and the house has end stacks and a graded Banffshire slate roof.

There is also a garage, which was originally a store, located to the north of the house. This mid-19th century structure is built of rubble and has a tall single-storey, two-bay elevation facing the road, topped with a slated roof.
