Description

Dunrobin House, located at 4 Dunrobin Street in Tain, dates from around 1800. This two-storey building features three bays and a central door. The exterior is finished with harl pointed rubble and has tooled dressings, while the gables are also harled. A later addition is the glazed timber porch. The first-floor windows have 12-pane glazing, and there are two piended dormers that retain their original 8-pane glazing. The house has end stacks and a slate roof.
