Description
Groam House, located at 36 High Street in Rosemarkie, dates from the late 18th to early 19th century. It features a gable facing the street and is two storeys high with a three-bay front. The central door is flanked by windows on the ground floor and there is a window to the left on the first floor. The exterior is harled with painted margins and includes 12-pane sash windows. The roof is covered with slate.
