Lilac House, located at 21-23 High Street in Rosemarkie, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The building has a gable facing the street and consists of two storeys and an attic. Its front features three bays with a central door. The exterior is harled with ashlar margins, and it has a slate roof.
