Fyvie is a two-storey, three-bay house dating from the early to mid-19th century, located at 10 High Street in Rosemarkie. The house features a central door and a blind window above it on the first floor. It is constructed of coursed rubble with dressed stone accents made of droved ashlar. The building has a shallow wooden porch and is topped with a slate roof.
