Groam Cottage is a mid-19th century cottage located at 38 High Street in Rosemarkie. It is a single storey building with an attic and has a harled exterior. The cottage features four bays and includes a timber porch at the entrance door, with a much enlarged door on the left side. The roof is slated and has two piended dormers.
